Dosage Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take one (1) capsule daily (with or without meals). Dose can be increased to one (1) capsule twice daily if needed.

Antidepressant medicines: Sceletium may increase serotonin levels. Combining sceletium with antidepressants may lead to additive effects and increase the possibility of side effects. CNS Depressant medication: Sceletium is thought to have sedative properties. Combining sceletium with CNS depressant medication may lead to additive sedative effects. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking anxiolytics, MAO inhibitors, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4) inhibitors, anti-anxiety or calmative medicines.
